Wow! Amazing work! Love it!

I was wandering if you could let me us this image for an Android game called "Kingdoms of Myth", it's turn based strategy game based on a fantasy World. You can find a little bit more info in this rough website made by my colleges [link] (Sorry for the bad English). Really like your gallery and I especially liked the temperature shift you have going on in the skin in this image. I know you are probably too busy to answer this sort of thing but can you recommend any solid resources for painting figures?
I don't get how you are able to organize your skin tones when you have so much color/temperature shift going on... whenever I don't have a model to look at my figures either end up looking flat and dead or I begin to lose the local color of their skin.
